💰 On average, sellers are receiving 102% of their list price (up 0.4% from July ’21)

🤩 There is currently a full months’ supply of homes! (Up from 0.9 months’ supply July ’21)

📈 The number of closed listings was highest for homes priced from $200k-$250k (17.4%), followed closely by those priced $250k-$300k (16.3%) and $300k-$400k (16.0%).
