Christy has lived in the Wichita, KS, area her entire life, and has been licensed since 2007. As of January 2024, she has been involved in the closing of over 1300 transactions, totaling just under $250 million worth of residential real estate. She is a full-time agent dedicated to giving buyers and sellers an extraordinary experience with herself and her team. In her free time, Christy enjoys relaxing with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys travel, yoga, and volunteering in the local animal rescue scene. She also serves as Vice President of the Realtors of South Central Kansas Board of Directors.

Meaghan has lived in the Wichita area her entire life, so Wichita is everything she knows! She has been serving buyers and sellers in the real estate industry since 2016 and has helped facilitate over 220 transactions. She currently resides in far west Wichita with her husband, son, and four-legged fur baby. In her free time, she enjoys attending sporting events (go KU!), live concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Liz was born and raised in the heart of Wichita and now calls Valley Center home. She started in the real estate industry as an assistant after graduating high school in 2000, became a licensed agent in 2016, and joined the Trusted Advisor Team in 2018. She attributes her real estate knowledge to her 16 years of processing transactions as an assistant, which gave her unique insight that she now utilizes as an agent. She thoroughly enjoys working with and guiding buyers through what can be a hectic process, striving to make it a smooth transition for all. Liz also keeps busy at home. She recently married in 2021 and is a mom of 6! They enjoy their time together by having big family gatherings and traveling.

Jake has a unique, dual role within our team. He has been the Transaction Coordinator of our team for 8 years, and has helped process over 1000 transactions during this time. This experience has been invaluable, allowing him to see many unique scenarios. As an agent, he understands the home selling process can be overwhelming. His goal is to help make the home selling process as stress free as possible from photos to closing. Jake and his wife recently got married in 2022. They are brand new parents. They are also both animal lovers and share their house with three dogs (Fiona, Frankie, and Zuma) and two cats (Penny and Pearl.)
